📑 They want to establish rules for platform employment for couriers, taxi drivers and freelancers. Kazakhstan has developed uniform rules for platform employment for people who find and perform work through Internet platforms and mobile applications. This applies, for example, to couriers, taxi drivers and other digital service providers. The project was prepared by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population. The document should determine how platforms, customers and performers will interact, as well as make working conditions through such services more transparent and understandable. In particular, it is planned to establish uniform requirements for platform employment and increase awareness of performers about working conditions through applications and online platforms.
