The user can describe several tasks at once in one dialog, and Claude itself will distribute them into separate parallel threads - new or existing. The main thing is that the work happens in the cloud. Therefore, agents can continue to perform tasks after closing the laptop, and they can monitor progress and intervene in individual processes even from a smartphone. Overview displays tasks that are waiting for the user to solve. Each project now has a shared memory: individual threads know about changes made by other agents. For example, Claude will be able to remember that the release was postponed to Friday or that before changing billing you need to contact a certain employee.
