1. General provisions

1.1. These Terms of use (hereinafter — the Agreement) govern the relationship between the individual who owns the Site (hereinafter — the Administration) and any person using the website aiqazaqstan.com, including its subdomains and services (hereinafter — the Site), including without registration (hereinafter — the User).

1.2. Use of the Site in any form constitutes the User's acceptance of the Agreement. If the User does not agree with the Agreement, they must stop using the Site.

1.3. The Administration may amend the Agreement. A new edition takes effect from the moment it is posted on this page, unless the new edition states otherwise. The date of the current edition is indicated at the beginning of the document.

1.4. Matters relating to the processing of personal data are governed by the Privacy policy; use of cookies is governed by the Cookie policy.

2. Nature of information on the Site

2.1. The Site is an information and analytics resource. Materials on the Site are provided solely for informational purposes.

2.2. A significant part of the Site's content is generated using automated means to collect and process publicly available information from open sources. Third-party materials are accompanied by an indication of the source and a link to it.

2.3. Opinions, assessments and information contained in third-party materials belong to their authors and may not reflect the position of the Administration. The Administration does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy or timeliness of information obtained from external sources and recommends verifying material information against the original source.

2.4. Some materials are created using artificial intelligence: translations, summaries, digests, classification, assistant responses, and educational assignments. Such materials are marked on the Site. The procedure for their creation is described in Use of artificial intelligence.

2.5. Information on the Site does not constitute professional advice, including legal, financial or investment advice. Limitations relating to specific sections are described in the Disclaimer.

2.6. The Site is non-commercial: access to the Site's materials and services is provided free of charge, advertising is not published on the Site, and paid services are not provided. The terms of the non-commercial status and the procedure for free-of-charge support of the project are described in the Non-commercial status of the project document.

3. Use of Site materials

3.1. The Site's own materials (digests, analytical materials, compilations, registry structure and descriptions, design) are protected by the copyright legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3.2. The User may quote the Site's own materials to an extent justified by the purpose of quotation, with attribution to "AI Qazaqstan" and an active hyperlink to the material page. Full reproduction, adaptation and distribution of the Site's own materials are permitted only with the written consent of the Administration.

3.3. Rights to third-party materials linked on the Site belong to their rights holders. Terms of use of such materials are determined by their rights holders.

3.4. A person who believes that the placement of a material or information on the Site affects their rights or legitimate interests may submit a request in the procedure described on the Content removal upon request page.

4. Account

4.1. At the current stage of development of the Site, registration of new accounts is not available, and reading Site materials does not require registration.

4.2. Persons whose accounts were created earlier may request deletion of their account at any time by sending a request to . When an account is deleted, saved materials and learning progress associated with it are deleted.

4.3. If registration is resumed, the terms of use of accounts will be published in a new edition of the Agreement.

5. Prohibited actions

When using the Site, it is prohibited to:

• disrupt the operation of the Site, including creating excessive load, bypassing technical restrictions and security measures;
• carry out automated collection of Site materials in violation of the rules specified in the robots.txt file, or to an extent that prevents normal operation of the Site;
• use Site services, including the assistant and educational services, to create or distribute information prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• impersonate another person or provide inaccurate information when registering and submitting requests.

6. Third-party resources and embedded content

6.1. The Site contains links to third-party resources and embedded content from third-party services (video, quotes, publications on social networks and messengers).

6.2. The Administration does not control the content of third-party resources or data processing by third-party services and is not responsible for them. When visiting a third-party resource or interacting with embedded content, the rules of the relevant service apply.

7. Limitation of liability

7.1. The Site is provided "as is". The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Site or that its services will meet the User's expectations.

7.2. The Administration is not liable for losses arising from use or inability to use the Site, or for decisions made by the User based on information from the Site, to the extent permitted by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

8. Applicable law and dispute resolution

8.1. The legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan applies to the Agreement.

8.2. Disputes are resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is considered by a court in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
