💸 В Казахстане повысили порог проверки мобильных переводов до 1,5 млн тенге Теперь мобильные переводы смогут привлечь внимание налоговой, если за три месяца на личный счёт поступит более 1 557 000 тг. Раньше порог составлял 1 020 000 тг. Соответствующий приказ подписал министр финансов Казахстана. Новый порог рассчитывается в месячных расчётных показателях (МРП) и составляет 360 МРП. ❓ Когда налоговая может заинтересоваться переводами? Для этого должны одновременно выполняться три условия: • Деньги поступают от 100 и более разных людей. • Переводы приходят каждый месяц в течение трёх месяцев подряд. • Общая сумма поступлений за эти три месяца превышает 1 557 000 тг. ❗️ Важно: превышение порога не означает автоматического начисления налогов или штрафа. Это лишь основание проверить, не связаны ли поступления с предпринимательской деятельностью.
