Kazakhstan will create digital passports for state property Kazakhstan plans to transfer data on state property into a unified digital system based on e-Qazyna.kz. For each object, a digital profile will be generated with information about its location, condition and use. The profile will be able to store data about the life cycle of an object, photographs, geographic coordinates, and in the future - space monitoring information. The system should help identify unused or inefficiently used government assets. They plan to use AI and Big Data to analyze data. For example, predictive analytics will be able to predict the deterioration of objects and help calculate the costs of their maintenance and modernization. Digitalization will be carried out in stages: in 2026, buildings and structures will be included in the profiles, in 2027 - land plots, and in 2028-2029 - transport, equipment and other assets. Now e-Qazyna.kz unites 40 digital services, including accounting of government organizations, electronic trading, privatization and rental of public property
