Robotic complexes are primarily used in crowded public places, including parks and shopping malls. Modern digital solutions are being actively implemented in the capital to ensure public safety, prevent crimes and improve the efficiency of police work. One of them is the project of identity recognition using robotic complexes. Since November 2025, the "Robot it" robotic complexes have been used in the police department of the city of Astana to ensure public safety. Today, there are 4 such sets at the disposal of the metropolitan police. Robotic complexes are primarily used in crowded public places, including parks and shopping malls. With their help, it is possible to monitor the situation in the mentioned territory, collect video information and use the technology of personal recognition. The information received through the complex is sent to the Police Emergency Management Center. This, in turn, allows for quick assessment of the situation and, if necessary, appropriate action by police officers. The use of "robot dogs" is part of the work aimed at supplementing the public security system with modern digital technologies. Such decisions will expand the capabilities of police officers and contribute to the formation of new ways of monitoring security in public places of the capital. The police will continue to work towards the introduction of digital technologies and effective use of modern technical capabilities in the field of security.
