The digital employment service, which identifies unemployed citizens and offers them vacancies, was presented to Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov at the “Enbek – El Murats” event on the eve of Labor Day. The pilot in Pavlodar and Mangystau regions covered more than 59 thousand people. Starting from November, the platform will begin to be implemented in other regions, the Ministry of Labor reported. The service uses data and artificial intelligence tools to accompany a person from job search to employment. It is also designed for citizens who are not registered as unemployed, have been registered for a long time, or are not studying or working. The system creates an individual plan for each participant. Vacancies are selected taking into account the person’s profile. The service may offer work in his region or another area, at a large enterprise, or as part of a relocation program. According to the Ministry of Labor, since the beginning of the year, more than 475 thousand Kazakhstanis have been provided with work. The government is developing a new employment program with an emphasis on training specialists for production needs and developing digital skills. At the end of the event, Bektenov, on behalf of President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, presented state awards to representatives of workers and other professions on the eve of Labor Day in Kazakhstan.
