Odyssey trained a world model on Diablo II. 😁 There is no game engine under the hood at all. AI generates every frame in real time. Up to four people and 16 agents can participate in one session. Everyone has their own view of what is happening, but everyone has the same world. The actions of one participant change what others see. If someone moves or enters combat, this will affect what others see. Agents already know how to chase players and avoid obstacles. More broadly, such multi-agent worlds can become training grounds for AI agents, robots and drones where real-life interaction data is difficult to collect. So far, Agora-2 demonstrates this approach in a gaming environment. https://odyssey.systems/introducing-agora-2
